Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the Chief Business Officer and VP, Business Development.
- Strategically manage complex calendars — allocating time against priorities, protecting focus time, and proactively resolving conflicts before they surface.
- Serve as a trusted operational proxy for executives – ensuring their time is optimized, they are delegating effectively, and anticipating what is needed before being asked.

Requirements

- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish with minimal direction.
- Experience handling confidential organizational information with discretion and integrity.
- Excellent judgment and exceptional attention to detail – you know when to act, when to escalate, and when to push back; and small details don’t slip through the cracks.
