About the role
- The Global Prod Data Management Senior Analyst will manage NPI Proto BOM structures and coordinate engineering change processes within the Agile system. This role involves collaborating with engineering, regulatory, and ODM teams to ensure accurate documentation and material management.
Responsibilities
- Work with electronic/mechanical engineers for NPI Proto BOM structure and BOM redlines in Agile.
- Work with regulatory team and ODMs to process manufacturers’ datasheets and RoHS/SDoC documents through Agile MD tickets and AML updates.
- Evaluate internal engineering change requests and supplier change requests (SCR).
- Drive feasibility discussions and approval for ECR/ECO processes.
- Work with electronic/mechanical engineers to determine 2nd source and alternate materials.
- Coordinate with Tech Pub and PM teams for document and software release to ODMs through Agile.
- Work with team and ODMs to ensure ECO release for execution and implementation.
- Support and coordinate with ODMs for ECO questions or issues and communicate internally for solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Agile BOM structure.
- In-depth understanding of Bill of Materials structures.
- Working knowledge of Agile and Oracle.
