The People Operations Partner will serve as the primary point of contact for Engineering, Product, and Customer Experience teams, managing the full employee lifecycle. This role also oversees the global Contingent Workforce Program and provides support for U.S. immigration and mobility operations. Serve as the primary People Operations Partner for Engineering, Product, and CX teams.
Manage and improve employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, job changes, promotions, transfers, leaves, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate business process transactions and employee records in Workday.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends for organizational improvement.
Own the global Contingent Workforce Program, including onboarding, extensions, conversions, and offboarding.
Manage staffing vendor and agency relationships, including renewals and operational reviews.
Advise managers on contingent worker engagement models and ensure program compliance.
Support U.S. immigration operations and track visa expirations and I-9 reverifications.
Coordinate with Legal, Payroll, and Finance for global mobility cases.
Use Workday and Microsoft Fabric to conduct audits and analyze workforce data.

5+ years of experience in HR/People Operations or a related HR Generalist role.
Experience managing global contingent workforce programs.
Experience supporting U.S. immigration programs.
Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations best practices.
Experience with Workday.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric or a similar analytics platform.
Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment in handling confidential information.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
