Recruit, schedule, and disciple a dedicated volunteer team
Cultivate an environment rooted in relationship, spiritual growth, and professional development across barista craft and hospitality
Drive operational excellence for weekend services, special events, and mid-week gathering spaces
Oversee the online bookstore, managing special promotions, sales initiatives, and custom orders to ensure a seamless guest experience online and offline
Lead product development, researching and continually innovating food/beverage menus, bookstore inventory, and retail supplies
Oversee inventory systems to maintain high accuracy and optimal stock levels
Manage daily sales reporting, cash handling, and bank deposits
Partner with Finance to track profitability, analyze sales trends, monitor cost of goods, and optimize retail margins
Ensure compliance with all local health regulations, food safety protocols, and operational procedures
Coordinate directly with Facilities to manage equipment maintenance, service repairs, and preventive care
