Prepare and manage employment-based immigration cases end-to-end including L-1s, H-1B, PERM, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A.
Draft, organize, and quality-check petition materials, evidence packets, and supporting documentation.
Track timelines, milestones, and deadlines with precision.
Apply sound judgment and escalate legal questions appropriately.
Identify patterns, bottlenecks, and failure points in immigration workflows.
Collaborate with product and engineering to design intake flows, document generation, and case tracking.
Validate whether automation and tooling improve quality and test new product features.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and communicate complex concepts clearly.
Create and improve playbooks, templates, SOPs, and quality checklists.
Support onboarding and training of future hires and take ownership of workflows as a DRI.

4+ years of experience in U.S. employment-based immigration.
Hands-on experience managing PERM processes and high-volume corporate immigration matters.
Strong legal writing skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ownership.
Comfort working in fast-moving, evolving environments.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Interest in how technology can improve legal work.
