About the role
- Formlabs is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the People team by partnering with Technical Recruiters to find amazing talent.
- This internship involves engaging in full-cycle recruiting and driving improvements to enhance and scale overall recruiting practices.
Responsibilities
- Support Talent Acquisition by working and partnering with Technical Recruiters across the business to find amazing talent passionate about delivering results for our customers
- Engage in full cycle recruiting by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple departments
- Provide a best in class candidate experience from initial communication to final resolution
- Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practices
Requirements
- Active student status at a Hungarian university/college
- Ready to jump in and support hiring needs across the company: tech, marketing, services, sales, finance, etc.
- Have a bias for action and are solution oriented
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills (at least in English, Hungarian is optional) with an ability to craft unique, effective messaging to candidates
- Naturally tend towards data to track results and improve process
- Love to establish connections, links and meet new people
Preferred qualifications
- Have experience as Talent Sourcer/Recruiter intern
- Have a knack for graphic design and/or social media (to create eye-catching designs and posts for talent branding)
- Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies
- Experience in a fast-growing startup environment
